Shipping, Returns & Exchanges


Orders are processed within 3 business days. Standard shipping takes 3 – 14 business days, depending on the product. If you need something for a specific date, please include that info on a note to us so we can make it happen.

Screen printed items are handmade, and there are a number of variables that can affect the date we ship them to you. Anything from weather (yes, I need sunlight to make new screens) to backordered blank garments can affect your delivery date. In most cases, I stock a lot of these items. However, there are times when that is not possible and I will need to order new blanks to fulfill your order. Again, if you are ordering a gift for a specific date let us know!

Returns & Exchanges

Lucky Munchkin is a small, local business and we strive for 100% satisfaction on all products. If for some reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, please let us know as soon as possible. We can offer a store credit or exchange within 14 days from your order’s received date. Only returns with an RMA (return merchandise authorization) will be eligible for store credit. Returns without prior RMA will be refused.

To request an RMA  number, contact us via email.

Store credit will be issued upon receipt of returned merchandise. Merchandise must be unused and returned in the same condition as you received it in its original packaging.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your goods have been received, unfortunately we cannot offer you a store credit. Additionally, there are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, which include: items not in original condition, damaged items, or missing parts for reasons not due to an error on our end.

Customers are responsible for return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once we receive your returned package, it will be inspected & processed within 3-6 business days.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you will vary. We will provide an email update when the exchanged item is on its way.

If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

As a small business, our reputation is very important to us and we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, and are outside of the return policy describe above, please do get in touch with us. We will try to accomodate your needs!
